A full time Sales Negotiator/Administrator required for our busy Wythall and Solihull office.
Must have previous estate agency experience and be able to work well as part of a team.
Job Description:
General Office Duties: answering telephone, maintaining computerised and manual diary system, accompanying viewings where necessary, customer service and generating sales and products.
Adminstration Duties: typing of sales particulars,data base cards, mailshots, maintaining websites, memorandum of sales, liaising with solicitors through to point of property completion, maintaining sales and lettings lists, maintaining landlords and properties let out, all paperwork relating to lettings, tenancy agreements.
Commission to be earned on properties sold, let out, mortgage leads and insurance leads.
